DECLARATION OF LOSS

Any loss or theft of documents issued by the Algerian Authorities must be declared to the Consular Services of the Embassy.

The presence of the person concerned is mandatory. They must dispose of an identity document proving their Algerian nationality and the declaration of loss or theft submitted to the Hellenic Police Authorities. (download the form).
