CERTIFICATE OF CELIBACY, NON-MARRIAGE OR NON-REMARRIAGE

For the issuance of the abovementioned certificates, the presence of the person concerned is mandatory.

The documents requested are the following:

• Full copy of the birth certificate of less than three (03) months issued by the municipality of birth, with all marginal information (void for singles, without any crossing out or overrun) plus a photocopy
• Proof of Residency
• Algerian identity document (passport, consular card, or Algerian National Identity card) plus a photocopy
• Two witnesses, registered at the Embassy, with their registration cards and their passports or Algerian National Identity cards.

IMPORTANT:
This document is issued under the responsibility of the engaged witnesses.
