CERTIFICATE OF ALGERIAN NATIONALITY

For the issuance of a certificate of Algerian nationality, the following documents are required:

• Algerian identity document of the person concerned (passport, consular card, or Algerian National Identity card).
• The complete copy of the birth certificate of the person concerned.
• The complete copy of the birth certificate of the father of the person concerned.
• The complete copy of the birth certificate of the mother of the person concerned, if the father is of foreign nationality.

IMPORTANT:
This certificate of nationality (Attestation de Nationalité) is not equivalent to the Certificate of Nationality (Certificat de Nationalité), a document that only issued by courts in Algeria.
