CRIMINAL RECORD

Registered Algerian nationals born in Algeria, as well as foreigners who have resided in Algeria can request their No 03 criminal record, by appearing in person before our services or by addressing a letter. In this case, please attach a stamped envelope with the complete address.

Algerians by birth must attach to their application (download the form) a birth certificate or photocopy of 12S.

Foreigners must show proof of identity and proof of residence in Algeria.

The Criminal Record No. 03 comes originally in Arabic. However, it can be established in French, upon request of interested parties.
