FAMILY RECORD BOOKLET

The documents required for the issuance of a family record booklet are the following, according to each case stated below:

Algerian couple:

• Marriage certificate from the competent authority
• Certified birth certificate copies of both spouses (not older than 3 months)
• Registration card of the husband
   

Algerian husband/Foreign wife:

• Marriage certificate from Greek or Albanian authorities 
• Official translation from the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs in both French and Arabic languages
• Certified birth certificate copy of the husband (not older than 3 months)
• Registration card of the husband
• Birth certificate of the spouse
• Photocopy of the wife’s identity card
   

Foreign husband/Algerian wife: 

• Marriage certificate from Greek or Albanian authorities
• Official translation from the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs in both French and Arabic languages
• Certified birth certificate copy of the wife (not older than 3 months) 
• Registration card of the wife
• Birth certificate of the husband
• Photocopy of the husband’s identity card
• Certificate of Embracing the Muslim religion (Certificat de Conversion à l'Islam) of the husband.
