DOCUMENTS FOR BIOMETRIC PASSPORT REQUEST

The documents to be submitted along with a biometric passport application are the following:

Valid consular registration card and a photocopy thereof
The application form duly filled in, with date and original signature. You can receive it from the Embassy.
An annex filled and signed by the applicant or by the legal guardian, for minors, who no longer appear on their parents' passport
The 12S birth certificate; (also for the children) as well a photocopy thereof. You may obtain the photocopy from the Registry Office of the Consular Service that covers the birthplace when it comes to Algerian nationals born abroad
Marriage certificate or divorce decree for married or divorced women
Written statement signed by the applicant confirming their blood type or any other document proving their blood type
Residence permit or a Greek/Albanian identity card, for those enjoying dual nationality and a photocopy thereof
A certificate of employment
Four (4) digital, identical and recent identity card photos without frame, taken against a plain white background (see section: photo standards). An additional photo will be taken at the premises of the Embassy during submission of the request.
Passport fees are paid in cash (60€ normal size/100€ large size/30 € for children up to 12 years old and students)
In order to benefit from the student price, students must include in their application a certificate of studies or a student ID.
